Component Failure investigation, Endurance and Fatigue testing, Footprint testing of gearboxes, Gain, Phase and Threshold test analysis for Rotorcraft flight control actuators, NPI / Prototype and "ad hoc" testing without formal test specifications can be performed on a wide range of components and systems as requested. Complex fine tolerance component assembly within clean room environment is routinely performed to the highest standards.

DEFENCE
With a confidence borne from familiarity with diverse weapon systems, it is no surprise that a major UK arm of an international defence company has employed the services of REYNARD SPECIAL PROJECTS under contract to provide project support in the successful commissioning of an armoured vehicle weapon system upgrade for a legacy platform capability sustainment program.

MOTORSPORT
REYNARD SPECIAL PROJECTS has operated successfully in both 2 and 4 wheel applications. Projects undertaken include contract work for a multinational specialist vehicle tuning company as part of developing the world's first all-electric supercar. Responsibilities included running dynamometer tests, offsite testing at Proving grounds providing bespoke solutions to engineering problems regarding component performance and manufacturing techniques, investigations into thermal management and fluid susceptibility, test rig design and fabrication, result analysis and reports.
Under the brand MARELLI SERVIZIO TECNICA MECCANICA. a significant customer base was created to service a niche requirement for DUCATI motorcycle performance enhancements.
